This Yoga Class is Free to attend & will be focused on “Yoga For Health”
All fitness and flexibility levels welcome. Breathing is an essential part of yoga practice. We focus on breathing with Asanas and try to make class comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. Come for a blissful experience.
