Yoga is an ancient practice founded by Yogis over 5000 years ago and is still valid. It teaches us how to live in harmony and peace. It’s the science to bring body, mind, and spirit in tune with the nature. We invite everyone to join us on Saturday, June 24, 2017 to experience and practice this ancient practice of keeping the body healthy & strong. We can achieve anything with the healthy body; be it spirituality or worldly goals.
In recognition of International Day of Yoga we decided to create Yoda Day Vancouver to list all events being organized to celebrate this Day and create more awareness about this Yoga Day. It brings awareness in the community and also provides an opportunity to people to experience Yoga. Yoga is more than just the Asanas or Yoga postures but it is a good start if we start practicing Yoga Postures everyday to achieve good health.
