In a series of offering Free Yoga Classes to community in Vancouver area we are presenting a Free Yoga Class in Burnaby on Saturday, Dec 02, 2017.

Join us for a Free Yoga Class offered by the founder of YogaDayVancouver.ca, Neeraj Kumar himself.  All levels are welcome.

This class will include both Asana & Pranayama and at the end you will be taken to a journey of deep relaxation in shavasana.

You will also be guided to build your own home based Yoga practice. Come and experience bliss in this Yoga Class.

Yoga Class – Multi Dimensional Benefits of Yoga

This Yoga Class is Free to attend & will be focused on “Yoga For Health”

All fitness and flexibility levels welcome. Breathing is an essential part of yoga practice. We focus on breathing with Asanas and try to make class comfortable and enjoyable for everyone. Come for a blissful experience.

Free Yoga Class in Burnaby

Free Yoga Class

Join us for a Free Yoga Class. Come and experience Yoga. All levels are welcome

This Yoga Class will be catered towards Strength, flexibility and balance with importance given to Breathing exercise (Pranayam) and posture correction. Yoga Teacher Puja Taneja believes in cleansing your body with sheer power of your breath, all the way from energizing it to cooling it. She picks a feature in each class and build her classes around that still including overall body movement and flow. Puja is dedicated to helping you to be more aware of your body’s strengths and weaknesses, and work with your limitations.

Please be at the class 10 mins early so that we can sign the liability waver form. Please bring your mats and water bottles with you, we will be going through a gentle beginning of Vinyasa flow while settling down into Hatha yoga and ending the class with some yin postures to relive the tight muscles and relaxation. Feel free to extend the invite to your family and friends. See you all on the mat!
